I am excited to share an update regarding our Customer Loyalty and Support organization. As we continue to grow, it’s crucial that we evolve our strategies to meet the needs of our customers. That’s why I am thrilled to introduce our new Customer Loyalty VPs, Erin Ackerman and Stefan Morgan.
Erin and Stefan bring a wealth of experience from the credit union and financial services industry, having led teams at companies that have used AKUVO’s platform.
One key aspect of our strategy moving forward is to ensure that our team members can easily share technical and business best practices with our customer base. Erin and Stefan’s understanding of the industry, coupled with their firsthand knowledge of our system and implementing collection strategies will facilitate this knowledge sharing, enabling us to enhance our customer support efforts significantly.
Moreover, Erin and Stefan will play a crucial role in providing leadership within the AKUVO team. They will help us build a top-notch customer support organization that meets and exceeds the needs of our growing customer base.
To achieve this, each of them will lead a small team of customer loyalty individuals. This structure will allow our customers to engage with consistent individuals who are familiar with their organization and can provide personalized support. As we continue to add more small teams with the growth of our customer base, this plan will enable us to scale our customer loyalty organization effectively.
Additionally, these small teams will help create a seamless and personalized handoff between our “launch” implementation team and customer loyalty, ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience for our customers. Our overarching goal remains the same – to create RAVING FANS among our customers.

Stefan Morgan joins AKUVO as one of our new Vice Presidents of Loyalty with a distinguished record of achievement in financial business development and operations management spanning over 12 years, primarily in the collections industry. Throughout his career, Stefan has demonstrated a keen ability to drive continuous growth and optimization through innovative and sophisticated practices.
Stefan brings with him a wealth of experience from his tenure at CUTX, where he not only managed the collections department but also spearheaded various other departments at the credit union. With his expertise, Stefan is instrumental in positioning the AKUVO team to capitalize on the growth opportunities that lie ahead, creating more ravin‘ fans along the way.
