As VP, Sales, specializing in banks and fintechs across the US, you are responsible for using your knowledge of the banking industry and company products and services to connect with prospects and generate sales for AKUVO.
Key Responsibilities
Use knowledge of banking to align individual financial institution needs with AKUVO products
Develop value-based sales pitches and presentations
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs and campaigns
Use social media, email and existing connections to generate new potential business
Manage the sales funnel from early-stage cold calls to late-stage contract negotiations
Manage and maintain documentation (quotes, contact lists, etc.) throughout the sales process and update Microsoft Dynamics CRM accordingly
Communicate forecasted sales and present progress to management and executive teams
Maintain a relationship with product management to remain aware and knowledgeable of product enhancements and integrations
Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs, promote products, and mange relationships.
Attend and participate in industry trade shows to grow network and generate leads
Skills and Experience
BA/BS Degree in related field required
5-7 years’ experience in the banking/credit union or technology industry preferred
CRM experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills and ability to listen to concerns of prospects while addressing their needs
Confidence to succeed
Strong team player and excellent problem-solving skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
