AKUVO is focused on streamlining and automating day-to-day collections by predicting behavior, creating a better experience and providing insights to intercept delinquency before it begins.

The Role

The Technical and Knowledge Base Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining quality content for AKUVO’s knowledge base library, converting complex ideas in a concise manner. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as development, product management and customer support to gather information and ensure accurate and up-to-date content that is consistent with AKUVO’s brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce customer-facing content such as release notes and help documentation

  • Produce internal knowledge base and technical documentation

  • Disseminate technical information and complex ideas into easy-to-understand language for a non-technical audience

  • Work closely with subject matter experts across departments

  • Ensure that content is relevant to the customer and aligns with the needs and expectations of the target audience

  • Understand and implement the company’s brand voice

  • Act as an editor to ensure proper grammar and formatting

Skills and Experience

  • 1+ year of technical and/or user experience (UX) writing experience

  • Strong written and verbal communications

  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts

  • Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus

  • SaaS experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of the financial industry or relevant field is a plus
