As a Project Manager, your number one goal is to make AKUVO customers “Raving Fans!” This focus will require you to wear many hats and deliver an exceptional customer experience to clients. Your primary responsibilities will be managing customer implementation projects and setting clearly defined expectations.
Build, strengthen, and foster positive relationships with customers
Lead and motivate internal and external project teams
Ensure customers are satisfied with products and/or services
Ensure contract terms and conditions are met
Create and maintain project timelines
Identify and manage project risks and issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Organize and coordinate project go lives
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
BA/BS Degree in related field preferred
3+ years’ experience in project management
Experience in credit union and/or banking industry is a plus
Demonstrates empathic listening
Communicates a sense of urgency
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Displays personal responsibility and pride
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Up to 10% travel may be required
