Customer Loyalty Specialist

The Role

As a Customer Loyalty Specialist, your number one goal is to make AKUVO’s customers “Raving Fans!” This focus will require you to wear many hats and deliver an exceptional customer experience to clients. Your primary responsibilities will be serving as the day-to-day contact for customers, performing system configurations, and resolving implementation and support tickets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers are satisfied with products or services
  • Be first line of contact for testing support, issues, and questions
  • Determine the quickest and most effective way to answer customer’s questions or resolve customer tickets
  • Troubleshoot common issues
  • Escalate queries and concerns
  • Develop & maintain robust customer relationships for continued business opportunities

Skills and Experience

  • BA/BS Degree in related field preferred
  • 1+ years’ experience in similar role
  • Experience in credit union and/or banking industry is a plus
  • Demonstrates empathic listening
  • Communicates a sense of urgency
  • Displays personal responsibility and pride
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Up to 10% travel may be required
