Engagement Manager

The Role

As a Engagement Manager, your number one goal is to make AKUVO customers “Raving Fans!” This focus will require you to wear many hats and deliver an exceptional customer experience to clients. Your primary responsibilities will be managing customer implementation projects, setting clearly defined expectations, and managing the overall relationship with the customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, strengthen, and foster positive relationships with customers
  • Manage the customer relationship
  • Lead and motivate internal and external project teams
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with products and/or services
  • Ensure contract terms and conditions are met
  • Create and maintain project timelines and tasks lists
  • Organize and coordinate project go lives
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Experience

  • BA/BS Degree in related field preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in project management, account management, or similar role
  • Experience in credit union and/or banking industry is a plus
  • Demonstrates empathic listening
  • Communicates a sense of urgency
  • Displays personal responsibility and pride
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Up to 10% travel may be required
