Customer Loyalty Advisor

The Role

As a Customer Loyalty Advisor your number one goal is to make AKUVO’s customers “Raving Fans!” This focus will require you to wear many hats and deliver an exceptional customer experience to clients. Your primary responsibilities will be working directly with customers to understand their collections business processes, translating business requirements into system configurations, recommending and implementing business strategies, and working with customer loyalty specialists to resolve implementation and support issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and implement customer business processes and objectives
  • Recommend strategies to solve complex business problems
  • Configure advanced business logic within the Aperture application
  • Provide post go live support for customer business needs
  • Develop & maintain robust customer relationships for continued business opportunities

Skills & Experience

  • BA/BS Degree in related field preferred
  • 10+ years experience in credit union and/or banking industry; preferably in collections/risk
  • Experience working directly in collections/lending software
  • Familiarity with core credit union/banking platforms
  • In depth understanding of collection specialty processes including repossession, bankruptcy, foreclosures, and charge offs
  • Demonstrates analytical thinking to solve business problems
  • Ability to configure software applications to meet customer business requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Up to 10% travel may be required
