AKUVO Announces Its Independent Board

MALVERN, PA — AKUVO today announced five new independent board members who will each provide guidance and governance to help support the company’s work to build, deliver and support portfolio risk and delinquency management solutions for credit unions. The independent directors include:
Charles Chung, Chief Analytics Officer, Ascential
Charles brings over 30 years of experience focused heavily in data analytics, statistical modeling and strategic growth. Prior to his role with Ascential, a specialist information, data and analytics company, Charles served in an array of leadership roles with Experian, including President of Decision Analytics, North America, for over 6 years and President of Strategic Growth Programs from 2017 to 2018.
Pam Easley, Chief Executive Officer Emeritus, AltaOne Federal Credit Union
Pam has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently serving as President and CEO to AltaOne FCU. Previously, she served as CEO to the $1B Extensia Financial, Commercial Real Estate CUSO. Pam brings a diverse background formerly working with Deloitte & Touche, specializing in technology, risk services, loss mitigation management and credit quality, McGladrey’s banking and national credit union practices, and a former banking Chief Risk Officer, Chief Lending Officer, and Chief Strategist for Fortune 50 Banks. Pam currently consults to the financial services industry on risk management, lending and operational process and policy matters.
John Janclaes, President, NYMBUS CUSO
As president of Nymbus CUSO, John leads an organization that empowers its credit union owners and partners to quickly establish niche digital banking to expand reach, deepen community connections and create new revenue streams. From 2004 to 2021, he was President & CEO for Partners Federal Credit Union, which serves employees of The Walt Disney Company and their families. John is also the founder of The CEO Corner, an online forum to help business leaders and their organizations.
Chris Malone, Founder & Chairman, Fidelum Partners and Executive Vice President, Chief Growth & Strategy Officer, Goddard Systems
Chris is an award-winning author, speaker, thought-leader, strategic adviser, and C-level growth executive with multiple Fortune 500 companies. In his current roles with Fidelum Partners and Goddard Systems, Chris continues a track record of driving top line business growth and bottom-line profitability through direct oversight of strategic planning. Chris is the Co-Author of The HUMAN Brand: How We Relate to People, Products and Companies.
Guy Messick, Retired General Counsel, NACUSO and Of Counsel to Messick Lauer & Smith P.C.
Also known as the “CUSO Guru”, Guy served as General Counsel to the National Association of Credit Union Service Organizations (“NACUSO”) from 1987 to 2020. Guy continues to be involved with the credit union community in non-legal roles, serves on several CUSO Boards including the Board of NACUSO Business Services, Inc.
