AI-Driven Innovation and Collaboration Shine at AKUVO Community Conference 2025

Malvern, PAAKUVO, a leading technology organization specializing in collections and credit risk management, successfully concluded its annual Community Conference, held September 10–12 at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge in Phoenix. The three-day event drew 230 attendees representing credit unions, banks, fintechs and 20 partner organizations, underscoring AKUVO’s growing influence and leadership in shaping the future of financial services technology.

The conference showcased AKUVO’s rapid momentum in artificial intelligence and data-driven collections. Sessions highlighted practical applications of AI, machine learning and data models to improve recoveries, anticipate delinquency trends and optimize portfolio performance.

Collaboration was another defining theme of the event. Fifteen AKUVO customers appeared as panelists, openly sharing best practices, success stories and lessons learned. Their participation highlighted AKUVO’s unique approach to building a peer-to-peer community where institutions learn not only from AKUVO but from one another, creating a powerful network that strengthens the entire industry.

Additional highlights included the inaugural Women’s Breakfast, which brought together women leaders across banking and fintech for an empowering discussion on leadership and innovation, and a keynote by John Janclaes, published author and Founder & CEO of The CEO Corner. Janclaes delivered his dynamic presentation, “How Harnessing the Power of Partnerships Can Revitalize Community Financial Institutions,” which underscored the transformative impact of collaboration in today’s financial landscape.

“What stood out most at this year’s Community Conference was how our customers are embracing innovation right alongside us,” said Jay Mossman, Founder and CEO of AKUVO. “Their validation of our AI-forward strategy confirms that the industry is ready for smarter, faster and more collaborative solutions. By listening to their feedback and fostering peer-to-peer learning, we’re not just delivering technology — we’re empowering institutions to transform their operations and better serve their account holders.”
